A valid means of identification.

Additional documents requested for security or compliance purposes.

The correct storage capacity, specifications and relevant features.
An accurate description of the product's condition.

Stock images may only be used where explicitly permitted by Naooma and must not mislead customers about the actual condition of the product.
Sellers must select the correct condition category when creating a listing.
Naooma may use the following categories:
Brand New: An unused product in its original condition, with any applicable manufacturer packaging and accessories accurately disclosed.
Like New: A pre-owned product in excellent condition with minimal signs of use and no undisclosed functional defects.

Fair: A functional pre-owned product with noticeable cosmetic wear or other disclosed imperfections.
For Parts or Repair: A product that is not fully functional and is being sold for parts, repair or another explicitly disclosed purpose. Such listings require Naooma's approval and must clearly identify the faults.
These categories do not excuse sellers from disclosing material defects or meeting applicable legal standards.

Sellers must not:
Use another seller's photographs without authorization.
Digitally alter images in a way that conceals defects.
Misrepresent the condition, appearance or functionality of an item.

Naooma may request additional photographs or videos before approving a listing.
Sellers must ensure that all products are genuine and lawfully obtained.
Counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully imported or otherwise prohibited goods must not be listed.
For electronic devices, sellers may be required to provide serial numbers, IMEI details, proof of ownership or other supporting information.
Devices must not be reported stolen, unlawfully locked or otherwise subject to ownership restrictions that prevent lawful resale.

A seller must not accept an order for a product they cannot supply.
Repeated cancellations caused by inaccurate stock information may result in account restrictions.
Sellers must monitor their seller dashboard and respond to incoming orders promptly.
Once an order is accepted, the seller is responsible for preparing the product for dispatch in accordance with Naooma's fulfilment requirements.
Sellers must not cancel confirmed orders without a valid reason.
Before dispatch, sellers must:
Verify that the item matches the customer's order.

Remove personal accounts, passwords, data and activation locks from devices.
Perform any required factory reset and data-clearing procedures.
Package the item securely for transport.

For devices containing personal data, sellers must ensure that all previous owners' information has been securely removed before the item is transferred to the buyer.
Sellers must dispatch confirmed orders within the timeframe specified by Naooma.
If a seller anticipates a delay, they must notify Naooma promptly and provide a reasonable explanation.
Naooma may cancel an order and arrange a refund where the seller fails to fulfil the order within the required timeframe, subject to applicable law and platform procedures.

Naooma provides eligible customers with a 3-day return window beginning on the date of delivery.
Sellers must cooperate with valid return requests and follow Naooma's return authorization and inspection procedures.

Customers may request returns for reasons including:
The product received is materially different from its listing.
The product is defective or damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
Essential advertised accessories are missing.
The product has an undisclosed material defect.

Cooperate with Naooma's inspection and dispute-resolution process.
Provide relevant product and dispatch records when requested.
Accept eligible returned products in accordance with Naooma's procedures.
Cooperate with approved refunds, repairs or replacements.
Sellers must not pressure customers to withdraw legitimate complaints or arrange off-platform transactions to avoid Naooma's return process.
Where a return is caused by a seller's error, misrepresentation, undisclosed defect or failure to fulfil an order correctly, the seller may be responsible for reasonable return shipping costs, subject to Naooma's procedures and applicable law.
For voluntary change-of-mind returns, return shipping responsibility will be determined by the disclosed return terms and applicable law.
Naooma will communicate the applicable cost allocation when authorizing a return.
Naooma may process refunds through its approved payment and refund procedures.
Sellers must not obstruct or delay legitimate refunds.
Where the seller is responsible for the problem, Naooma may recover the applicable refund amount and other properly disclosed charges from the seller's available balance, future payouts or another lawful recovery method.
No deduction will be made in a manner that unlawfully deprives a seller of funds or rights.
Naooma's marketplace warranty arrangement requires eligible pre-owned electronic products to have a 3-month warranty beginning from the date of delivery.

Sellers must:

Accidental damage caused by the customer.
Liquid damage occurring after delivery.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
Normal cosmetic wear and tear that was disclosed at the time of sale.
Other properly disclosed exclusions permitted under applicable law.
Sellers may not use warranty exclusions to avoid responsibility for undisclosed defects, inaccurate descriptions or other obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
Where a seller fails to honour a valid warranty claim, Naooma may take appropriate action, including arranging a remedy and recovering the applicable costs from the seller where contractually and legally permitted.
Repeated warranty failures may result in reduced listing privileges, account suspension or termination.
Sellers must provide accurate bank account or other approved payout details.
Payouts will be processed according to Naooma's published payout schedule and applicable transaction procedures.
Naooma may delay a payout where necessary to investigate a suspected fraudulent transaction, resolve a legitimate dispute, verify a seller's information or comply with legal requirements.

Testing relevant functions.
Reviewing photographs and supporting documents.

Verification is intended to support marketplace trust. It does not eliminate the seller's responsibility to supply products that meet the description and applicable quality standards.
Customers may leave reviews and ratings based on their shopping experience.
Sellers must not manipulate reviews, offer undisclosed incentives for positive feedback or threaten customers for leaving honest reviews.
Naooma may monitor seller performance using indicators such as:
Order fulfilment rates.

Where a dispute arises, both parties must cooperate and provide relevant information, such as:
Product photographs and videos.
Order and dispatch records.
Delivery confirmations.
Product descriptions and listing history.
Communications relating to the transaction.
Inspection and warranty reports.
Naooma may review the available evidence and determine an appropriate platform-level resolution in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
A platform decision does not remove a seller's or customer's right to seek remedies through appropriate legal channels.
Naooma may restrict, suspend or terminate a seller's account for violations of this policy, the seller agreement or applicable law.
Grounds for enforcement may include:
Listing prohibited or counterfeit products.
Repeatedly supplying misdescribed or defective products.
Failing to fulfil confirmed orders.
Repeatedly refusing legitimate returns or warranty claims.
Engaging in fraud or manipulating transactions.
Misusing customer data.
Providing false verification information.
Repeatedly violating Naooma's marketplace rules.
Depending on the circumstances, Naooma may issue a warning, require corrective action, remove listings, temporarily restrict selling privileges or terminate the seller's account.
Where appropriate, sellers will be notified of the reasons for enforcement and any available appeal process.
Termination does not automatically extinguish outstanding obligations relating to customer orders, refunds, warranties or other lawful claims.
Naooma may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in marketplace operations, technology, commercial arrangements or applicable laws.
Material changes will be communicated through the seller dashboard, email or another official communication channel.
Continued use of Naooma after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy to the extent permitted by law and the seller agreement.
