Welcome to Naooma. Naooma is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent sellers of phones, laptops, gaming products, accessories and other electronic goods.
By using Naooma.com.ng, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Naooma
Naooma provides an online marketplace where independent sellers can list and sell products to customers. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their products are genuine, accurately described and legally permitted for sale. Naooma may verify sellers and product information and may take action against listings or sellers that do not meet our requirements.
2. Products and Listings
Sellers must provide accurate information about their products, including where applicable:
* Brand and model
* New, used or refurbished condition
* Storage and RAM
* Battery condition
* Accessories included
* Known faults or defects
* Warranty information
Customers should review the product description carefully before placing an order.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on Naooma are in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed through approved payment providers. An order is confirmed only after successful payment.
Naooma may cancel or suspend an order where there is suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock or another legitimate reason.
4. Delivery
Products may be delivered through Naooma’s designated delivery partners or other approved delivery arrangements.
Delivery times and charges may vary depending on the seller, product and customer’s location.
5. Returns, Refunds and Disputes
Customers may request a return or refund in accordance with Naooma’s Returns & Refund Policy.
Naooma may investigate disputes between customers and sellers and may request photographs, videos, delivery information or other evidence.
6. Seller Responsibility
Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality and condition of products they list on Naooma.
Sellers must not list stolen, counterfeit, prohibited or illegally obtained products.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use Naooma to commit fraud, impersonate another person, manipulate reviews, provide false information, upload unlawful content or engage in any activity prohibited by applicable law.
8. Account Suspension
Naooma may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity or created a risk to other users or Naooma.
9. Limitation of Liability
Naooma will take reasonable steps to provide a safe and reliable marketplace. However, because products may be supplied by independent sellers, Naooma cannot guarantee the availability or condition of every product listed by every seller.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.

Naooma may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this website.
