  • Users participating in live selling, comments, reviews and other interactive features.

  • Anyone accessing Naooma through its website, mobile application or other official services.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their activities on Naooma comply with this policy, even when using third-party tools or services to interact with the platform.

2. Permitted Use of Naooma

Naooma may be used for legitimate activities, including:

  • Buying and selling lawful, genuine and accurately described pre-owned electronics.

  • Browsing product listings and comparing prices.

  • Communicating with buyers and sellers about legitimate transactions.

  • Participating in authorized live-selling activities.

  • Posting honest product reviews and feedback.

  • Using Naooma's customer support and dispute-resolution services.

  • Accessing other features made available through the platform.

All activities must be conducted honestly, lawfully and in accordance with Naooma's policies.

3. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in activities that compromise the safety, security, integrity or proper operation of Naooma.

3.1 Fraudulent Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating fake accounts to deceive other users.

  • Using stolen identities or false documents to register or verify an account.

3.2 Prohibited Products

Naooma is primarily intended for the sale of lawful electronics and related accessories.

Users must not list, advertise, purchase or facilitate the sale of:

  • Stolen or unlawfully obtained products.

  • Counterfeit or imitation products falsely represented as genuine.

  • Devices with falsified, altered or unlawfully removed identification numbers.

All product listings, promotional content and advertisements must be accurate and truthful.

Users must not:

  • Misrepresent a product's condition, age, authenticity or functionality.

  • Conceal known material defects.

  • Use misleading photographs or videos.

  • Advertise specifications that a product does not possess.

  • Claim that a product is verified, certified or covered by a warranty when that claim is untrue.

  • Make false claims about product availability, discounts or delivery arrangements.

  • Use deceptive language or imagery to pressure users into purchasing.

Sellers must promptly correct or remove listings containing inaccurate or outdated information.

4. Account Integrity and Security

4.1 Accurate Account Information

Users must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering and using Naooma.

You must not impersonate another individual, business or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Naooma may request additional information to verify an account or investigate suspicious activity.

4.2 Multiple Accounts

Users must not create or operate multiple accounts to evade platform restrictions, manipulate transactions, circumvent verification or engage in fraudulent activities.

Naooma may permit multiple accounts for legitimate business purposes, subject to its approval and applicable account requirements.

4.3 Account Sharing and Unauthorized Access

Users must not:

  • Access another user's account without authorization.

  • Attempt to obtain another person's password or authentication details.

  • Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

  • Sell, rent or transfer accounts without Naooma's written approval.

  • Attempt to bypass account verification or security measures.

Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or account compromise to Naooma.

5. Payment and Transaction Rules

All users must comply with Naooma's approved payment and transaction procedures.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.

  • Submitting falsified payment receipts.

  • Manipulating payment confirmations.

  • Intentionally initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

  • Circumventing Naooma's transaction procedures to avoid applicable platform fees or protections.

  • Soliciting payment through unauthorized channels in connection with a Naooma listing.

  • Using the platform to conduct unlawful financial transactions.

Where Naooma offers payment processing or transaction protection, users must follow the applicable terms and procedures.

Users must not falsely claim that a transaction was completed, paid for, cancelled or refunded.

6. Off-Platform Transactions

Naooma encourages users to complete transactions through its approved marketplace procedures.

Users must not deliberately move transactions off-platform to evade fees, avoid legitimate dispute-resolution procedures, bypass applicable verification requirements or defraud another user.

Users must not use Naooma's messaging, live-selling or listing features primarily to direct other users to unauthorized payment channels.

Where a transaction takes place outside Naooma's approved payment and order processes, the protections associated with those processes may not be available. This does not affect any rights or obligations that apply under law.

7. User Conduct and Communication

Naooma expects all users to communicate respectfully and professionally.

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • Harassment, bullying, threats or intimidation.

  • Hate speech or discriminatory abuse.

  • Sexual harassment or unwanted sexual communications.

  • Publishing threats of violence or encouraging harm against another person.

  • Repeated unwanted contact after a user has requested that communication stop.

  • Impersonation, defamation or deliberate attempts to damage another user's reputation through false statements.

Users participating in these features must comply with this policy and all applicable content rules.

Users must not:

  • Promote prohibited products or unlawful activities during live sessions.

  • Use live streams to deceive buyers about product availability or condition.

  • Make false claims about verification, warranty coverage or delivery guarantees.

  • Display another person's personal information without authorization.

  • Use live sessions to harass, threaten or intimidate other users.

  • Stream content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.

  • Manipulate live engagement or transactions through fake accounts or coordinated fraudulent activity.

Naooma may remove live content, restrict access to interactive features or suspend accounts that violate these requirements.

9. Reviews, Ratings and Feedback

Naooma encourages honest feedback to help users make informed purchasing decisions.

All reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences or legitimate interactions.

Users must not:

  • Submit fake reviews or ratings.

  • Purchase or sell positive or negative reviews.

  • Threaten users to obtain favourable feedback.

  • Post reviews for transactions that never occurred while claiming otherwise.

  • Use multiple accounts to manipulate a seller's reputation.

  • Publish private information or unrelated abusive content in reviews.

  • Deliberately misrepresent another user's actions or a transaction's outcome.

Naooma may remove reviews that violate this policy and may restrict users who engage in review manipulation.

Users may report reviews they believe are fraudulent, abusive or otherwise in violation of platform rules.

10. Intellectual Property

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of Naooma and third parties.

You must not upload, distribute, reproduce or use content that you do not own or have permission to use, except where permitted by applicable law.

This includes:

  • Copyrighted photographs, videos and promotional materials.

  • Trademarks and logos.

  • Software and other protected digital content.

  • Product descriptions and other original content belonging to another person or business.

Sellers must ensure that photographs, descriptions and other materials used in their listings are authorized for use.

Naooma may remove allegedly infringing material and take appropriate action in response to valid complaints.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy of other people and handle personal information responsibly.

You must not:

  • Collect another user's personal information through deception or unauthorized means.

  • Publish private contact details, home addresses, payment information or identification documents without authorization.

  • Use customer information for unauthorized marketing or unrelated purposes.

  • Sell, distribute or misuse information obtained through Naooma.

  • Attempt to access confidential account information belonging to another user.

  • Use Naooma to conduct unauthorized surveillance or identity theft.

Users who receive personal information through legitimate marketplace interactions must use it only for authorized purposes and protect it against unauthorized disclosure.

12. Platform Security and Technical Abuse

Users must not interfere with the proper functioning, security or availability of Naooma.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Introducing malicious software, viruses or harmful code.

  • Attempting to disrupt or overload the platform through denial-of-service attacks.

Security researchers who identify potential vulnerabilities should report them through Naooma's designated security contact, where available, and must not exploit or disclose vulnerabilities in a manner that puts users or the platform at risk.

13. Prohibited Commercial and Promotional Activities

Users must not use Naooma for unauthorized commercial activities unrelated to its intended marketplace purpose.

Prohibited activities may include:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages or advertisements.

  • Promoting competing services through unauthorized spam.

  • Creating misleading advertisements or fake promotional offers.

  • Operating deceptive referral or reward schemes.

  • Using Naooma's features to recruit users into unlawful or fraudulent business opportunities.

  • Manipulating product rankings, advertising metrics or promotional campaigns.

  • Using platform content or customer information for unauthorized commercial exploitation.

Any advertising, affiliate marketing or promotional activity conducted through Naooma must comply with its applicable advertising and promotional requirements.

14. Reporting Violations

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations of this policy.

Reports may include:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious product listings.

  • Counterfeit or stolen goods.

  • Misleading advertisements.

  • Abusive or threatening behaviour.

  • Fake reviews or manipulated ratings.

  • Unauthorized access or suspected account compromise.

  • Privacy violations.

  • Suspicious payment or transaction activity.

  • Any other activity that may violate this policy.

  • Restrict messaging, live-selling or other platform features.

  • Suspend a seller's ability to accept new orders.

  • Suspend or permanently terminate an account.

  • Preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Naooma will consider the circumstances, available evidence, potential risks to users and applicable legal requirements when determining appropriate enforcement measures.

Where reasonably practicable, affected users will be informed of the reason for significant enforcement action and any available appeal procedure.

16. Appeals and Disputes

Users who believe that an enforcement decision was made in error may contact Naooma through its designated support channel.

Appeals should include:

  • The affected account or listing details.

  • A description of the enforcement action.

  • The reasons the user believes the decision was incorrect.

  • Relevant supporting evidence.

Naooma may review the appeal and request further information where necessary.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that an enforcement decision will be reversed.

Users retain any rights and remedies available under applicable law.

17. Cooperation with Authorities
